Blower Door Test: Provides ACH50 and Infiltration values, combined with smoke pen and FLIR camera testing to show building envelope leakages that can cause hot, humid air in this climate zone to leak into your home. Required for many new construction and remodel permits.

MeasureQuick Premier Test: Provide qualified data and report to show AC system performance in real time. Valuable to highlight a poor-performing system and potential corrections and adjustments, with a Test Out Report to prove that any corrections really worked. Covers refrigeration, airflow, and electrical efficiency. Also provides qualified duct evaluation testing and other specialty workflows. Excellent for Real Estate inspections!

ACCA Manual J Heat Load Calc: Using LiDAR to scan your home, windows, orientation, and construction data to determine what your actual heating and cooling demands are. This is how contractors should determine what size equipment to select (ACCA Manual S) when replacing HVAC systems, and can guide your technicians towards functional and value-driven adjustments rather than selling. Required for many new construction and remodel permits.

TrueFlow Grid: Measures airflow at your indoor HVAC system and helps pinpoint challenges for dehumidification in this climate zone, and air delivery in your home, and allow your technicians to make adjustments for your comfort and extend the life of your system.

Room Pressure Imbalances: Test room pressures (in Pascals with a specialized micromanometer) to highlight where additional Return air may be required, great for "problem rooms" that may be constantly uncomfortable.

Exhaust Fan Measurement: Accurately measure Before and After exhaust fan flow on restrooms and laundry rooms that may have challenges clearing humidity after showers, baths, or poopy times. More isn't always better - and we can professionally recommend cleaning, sealing, adjusting blower speeds (if available), timers by application, etc as we look at the entire House as a System to ensure that one solution doesn't become other problems in other parts of your home.

Furnace Combustion Analysis and Carbon Monoxide Testing: We use the best in the industry, testing CO and combustion analysis of your natural gas or propane furnace as well as ambient CO in your home. Be warm AND safe this winter, and each season!

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Testing: Monitor particulates small enough to cross the blood-brain barrier PM2.5, Volatile Organic Compounds tVOC, Carbon Monoxide CO, Carbon Dioxide CO2, dry bulb air temperature, and Relative Humidity. Can be spot-inspected over a 30 minute averaged test, or deployed for a period of time to track the quality of your indoor air, with reports. Real data to help solve real problems!
